A Cooperation Agreement with FIV, Federazione Italiana Vela, the National Sailing Federation, affiliated to CONI (the Italian Olympic Committee) and the International Sailing Federation, which has the responsibility of publicizing and regulating this sport on a not-for-profit basis.
The Agreement aims to develop nautical and sports tourism in the Marinas of the Network created and coordinated by Italia Navigando, contributing to navigation safety and guaranteeing quality services.
In the Marinas where it holds a majority share, Italia Navigando grants FIV members who are boat-owners a discount of 10% on the quoted prices for the hire of moorings, subject to availability at the Marina.

FIPSS, Federazione Italiana Pesca Sportiva ed Attività Subacquee (Italian Angling and Scuba Diving Federation), for the management of fishing sports in the marine environment and their promotion

A cooperation agreement with FIPSAS, Federazione Italiana Pesca Sportiva ed Attività Subacquee (Italian Angling and Scuba Diving Federation), an Association recognized and authorized by CONI, the Italian National Olympic Committee, to regulate and manage fishing sports in Italy and their promotion.

AMI, Assistenza Mare Italia (Italian Sea Assistance), for the development of nautical recreation and tourism

A Cooperation Agreement with AMI, a not-for-profit Association, whose mission is to contribute to the development of nautical recreation and tourism. The Agreement provides for concrete action to be taken in order to: promote nautical and sports recreation through an educational program to instill respect for the marine environment by recreational users; create a network of operators in the sector able to offer quality services in the various branches of nautical activity; encourage the development of national and foreign tourism through prearranged itineraries; and to press for changes to the rules penalizing recreational nautical activities.

ASSONAT, Associazione Nazionale Approdi e Porti Turistici (National Association of Tourist Harbors and Ports) protecting the interests of companies concerned with the creation and management of tourist harbors

A Cooperation Agreement with ASSONAT, a not-for-profit association that examines and solves technical, fiscal, legal, administrative and organizational problems of its members, organizing conferences to study problems of mutual interest in collaboration with experts in the field, cooperating with other Bodies, Associations and Organs of Government in the solution of problems that directly or indirectly affect the running of harbors for tourists, and promoting and implementing all measures deemed useful for drawing up contracts and collective agreements of a financial and/or legal nature covering employment in the associated companies or concerning activities of common interest to members.
The Agreement allows Italia Navigando to obtain the support of ASSONAT in technical cooperation for the Marina Network. In this way ASSONAT contributes, in its own right and through the associated organizations in which it participates (FEDERNAUTICA, FEE, EUROMARINA), to the development of nautical and sports tourism in Italy.

BANCA NUOVA AND ITALIA NAVIGANDO WORKING TOGETHER TO CREATE NEW LOAN OPPORTUNITIES TO PURCHASE MOORAGES

Banca Nuova, which forms part of the Banca Popolare Group of Vicenza, operating in central-southern Italy and currently with a network of 100 branches, 5 private banking points and a large number of financial agents spread throughout Sicily, Calabria and Lazio, and active in the most important sites for marine tourism, has signed an important financial agreement with Italia Navigando, the company controlled by the Agenzia Nazionale per l’Attrazione degli Investimenti e lo Sviluppo d’Impresa S.p.A. (National Agency for Investment Attraction and Business Development, Ltd.), in order to respond in the best possible way to the needs of sailors.
The Agreement offers a series of financing opportunities to purchase exclusive moorages in the national network of tourist ports controlled by Italia Navigando, on exceptionally favorable terms.

A person purchasing a moorage will be able to choose between two different types of financing arrangement:

• unsecured loan, over 5, 6 or 7 years with variable interest rate pegged to Eurobor index + spread of 1.20% or IRS rate fixed by determination letter + 1.20% spread;

• mortgage loan, with a maximum 10 year duration with variable rate of interest pegged to Eurobar index + spread of 1.00% or IRS rate fixed by determination letter + 1.0% spread, both with no preliminary investigation expenses charged.

Italia Navigando and SelmaBipiemme working together for leasing of moorages

SelmaBipiemme, part of the Mediobanca Group, has signed an important Framework Agreement with Italia Navigando, a company of the Invitalia Group, with the twin objectives of promoting, among the public concerned, the widest possible knowledge of the Marinas of the Italia Navigando Network and to allow recreational sailors to access the financial services offered by SelmaBipiemme in the recreational sailing sector.
Clients of the Network Marinas will be able to access SelmaBipiemme’s loan offers for the leasing of moorages and properties.
SelmaBipiemme and Italia Navigando will draw up a program of initiatives and events to promote the Network’s Marinas.
